Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Securely pack your FIFINE microphone or accessory in its original packaging, including all cables, mounts, and manuals that were included in the box.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
